Terms of Service

1. Who can use zimnur

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use zimnur. By signing up you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you give us is accurate. zimnur is not directed to children under 16.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it. You may close your account at any time from your account settings (see Privacy & your data).

3. What zimnur does

zimnur lets you create events, send invitations, let recipients pass invitations along, and approve who ends up on your guest list. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

4. Your content and the people you invite

You keep ownership of the content you create (event details, invitations, notes). You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display it to run the service.

When you invite someone — including by entering their email address or a label for them — you confirm you have a legitimate reason to share that information with us and that doing so doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights. You are the controller of the personal data you choose to enter about other people; we process it on your behalf to deliver the invitation. Don't upload other people's data you have no right to share.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •use zimnur to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm anyone;
• •upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, or send spam;
• •attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data;
• •use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us or other users. To report abuse or content you believe is unlawful, email support@zimnur.com.

6. Service “as is”

zimnur is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We don't guarantee that an invitation, notification, or approval will always be delivered on time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, zimnur and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud), and nothing affects the statutory rights of consumers.

8. Termination

You can stop using zimnur and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we stop offering the service. Sections that by their nature should survive (content licence for already-shared data, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive termination.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use zimnur after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Ireland, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
